The Five Tibetan Rites

It's an exercise program used by Tibetan monks to stimulate the 7 major chakras. I try to practise it every day. It takes up very little time and I definitely feel a whole lot better physically.

words of wisdom

Here's a selection of books (excluding the Bible, the Qu'ran, the Torah, and Buddhist scriptures) that deeply inspired me along the way.

Aldous Huxley The Perennial Philosophy
Paulo Coelho Manual Of The Warrior Of Light
Malcolm X The Autobiography Of Malcolm X
Kabir Helminski (ed.) The Pocket Rumi Reader
Bobby Seale Seize The Time
The Last Poets Vibes From The Scribes
Khalil Gibran The Prophet
Lao Tse Tao Te King
Benjamin Zepheniah The Dread Affair
Linton Kwesi Johnson Dread Beat An' Blood

It's basically a list of poetry, history and philosophy and there are many others that I haven't included yet. I also read some fiction but it doesn't appeal to me as much.
